CMB Maintenance was initially formed in 2005 as a partnership between Messrs. Paul Handley and Steven Borley when a need was identified for a specialised Building Services Maintenance division of CMB Engineering as after-care for completed installations. Since this time it has grown rapidly into a successful company in its own right, commanding over £1m in contract value after the second year of trading.

The company has a team of multi-disciplined engineers working on sites across South Wales and the South West of England on a wide variety of sites - from factories, to offices, to high-security military establishments – on preventative and reactive maintenance along with installations projects up to £100k.

In addition to their own team of plumbing, electrical, gas, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and controls engineers, CMB Maintenance also has a database of screened specialist sub-contractors who extend the array of services on offer to include Water and Air Treatment and Risk Assessment works, Fire and Intruder Alarm maintenance and installation, and Fire Appliance supply and servicing to name but a few, at specially agreed rates.
