14 years after CMB Engineering completed renovation works on the home to Cardiff City Football Club and Wales National Football team, CMB Maintenance continue to offer PPM services to the building. The relationship between the 2 organisations goes back a long way, with CMB Managing Director, Steve Borley, being a long-standing Director on the Board for Cardiff City FC.
Over recent years, CMB Maintenance have carried out regular planned preventative maintenance consisting of servicing the plantroom equipment such as boilers, pumps, pressurisation units, calorifiers, stadium ventilation and the buildings air condition system throughout the various suites.
Cardiff City Stadium Supervisor, Richard James, spoke on the relationship between the two organisations saying:
“We have been working with CMB Maintenance and CMB Engineering since the Cardiff City Stadium opened in 2009. They are conscientious, hardworking and always leave site in a clean condition. The office staff are always there to help and advise and are very polite, punctual, knowledgeable and precise. We are very happy working with CMB and look forward to working with them for many more years!”
