CMB Maintenance Services Ltd was started to allow responsible parties a single source for all their requirements along with reactive and planned works.

In addition to our own team of plumbing, electrical, gas, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and controls engineers, CMB Maintenance also has a database of screened specialist sub-contractors who extend the array of services on offer to include Water and Air Treatment and Risk Assessment works, Fire and Intruder Alarm maintenance and installation, and Fire Appliance supply and servicing to name but a few, at specially agreed rates.
